Zeum is pleased to present special guests and visiting artists, often in the fields of digital media and the arts. We are proud to have partnered with past visitors such as animator Teresa Drilling from Aardman Animations, LTD and PDI/ Dreamworks ^TM, producer Osnat Shurer from Pixar ^TM, and artist professor Ken Goldberg from UC Berkeley. These events give a behind-the-scenes peek on how the pros work and typically feature a discussion, Q&A, and workshop.

Zeum presents in partnership with BAYCAT (Bayview Hunters Point Center for Arts and Technology), Media Movement. This exhibition will address the power of media to mobilize communities for social change. It will explore the process of media production as a tool to empower and educate communities.

BAYCAT is a non-profit community media producer that educates, empowers and employs underserved youth and adults in the digital media arts. By bridging the digital divide, BAYCAT inspires students to stay in school and become lifelong learners, and to use the power of digital media and design to shape their communities and tell their unique stories.
